My pace is slowing
Frightened scared
Feeling unprepared
Uncaring, not sharing
my emotions, draining
Violent actions lashing out
But still unable to shout
Others remain unknowing
My real emotions remain not showing
There worried I can see
But the voices in my head cannot flee
The white noise still buzzing
